Responsibilities

• Provides escrow-related administrative support for preparing loan packages and transferring to lenders, including auditing documents, depositing funds, recording transactions and reconciling files.
• Ensures transactions are properly recorded and schedules real estate contract activities; distributes copies of documents to all involved parties in a timely manner.
• Delivers closing and collateral documents and monitors post-closing items to ensure files are closed and funds distributed.
