Job description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Remote Closing Disclosure Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, preparing, and delivering disclosure and closing documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy throughout the loan process. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and has a keen eye for detail when reviewing legal and mortgage documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and issue loan disclosures and early closing disclosure (CD) documents in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Ensure accuracy of loan files by reviewing legal and financial documents with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with processing, closing, post-closing, and other mortgage team members to ensure timelines and compliance requirements are met.
  • Manage deadlines effectively and respond quickly to requests or changes.
  • Communicate clearly with internal staff, clients, and external partners regarding loan status and documentation requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies in loan files, ensuring accuracy before closing.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in disclosures, closing, closing administration, post-closing, processing, or a similar role.
  • Mortgage or financial services experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with legal administration or document review is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to review complex legal and mortgage documents accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet quick deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to learn quickly.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
