Job summary

Meijer is hiring a Food Clerk to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced grocery environment. You will help customers, maintain attractive displays, and ensure product knowledge is delivered with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Roles involve lifting, standing for extended periods, and using store tech to complete daily tasks. Starting pay is $14.50/hour with scheduling flexibility to cover peak days, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Hiring Immediately at no less than $14.50/hr. Starting pay is based on experience and the Union Pay Scale. Required Scheduling Availability: Days are flexible, but you must be available to be scheduled on our busiest sales days (F, S, S) and you must be able to work until 10:00pm. Responsible for delivering remarkable customer service by providing customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service and a friendly attitude; will be exposed to a variety of retail tasks related to product, customer service and merchandising.

As a Food Clerk, you play a key role in creating a fresh, welcoming, and wellrun store experience within our Fresh departments.

You'll:
