Northern Management Group is hiring Closing Crew Members (18+) to join our Dunkin’ locations. We offer a family-oriented team and opportunities for PT or FT work, with a focus on great guest service and performance under pressure.

Starting up to $16.00/hr PLUS TIPS, paid training, flexible scheduling, and benefits including medical and dental insurance. We also provide SNHU degree programs and employee discounts in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Adult - 18+ due to child labor laws.
• Friendly team player with focus on guest service.
• Willingness to work until closing and complete cleaning/stocking.
• Ability to follow company and Dunkin Brands standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and stocking before leaving shifts.
• Provide great guest service and accurate order handling.
• Work until closing and participate in post-shift closing duties.
