Dan's Management Co. invites friendly crew members to join our Dunkin Donuts team in Rhode Island and Connecticut.

You will help deliver great guest experiences by preparing beverages and food to brand standards and by maintaining a fast-paced, welcoming environment. We offer starting pay at $16 per hour with tips that can push earnings beyond $20/hour, flexible scheduling, free coffee and donuts plus an employee meal during shift, plus growth opportunities and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Capable of counting money and making change
• Able to operate restaurant equipment and POS systems as required

Responsibilities

• Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service
• Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations
• Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment
• POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy

Job description

Crew Members deliver positive guest experiences while preparing food and beverages according to operational and quality standards to all our guests. Will be working as a team in a fast-paced environment giving guests a reason to return.
