Job summary

Three Bears Alaska is seeking a closing cashier to greet customers, process transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling at the register. The role includes stocking, bagging, and maintaining the sale area while assisting with store closing procedures.

The position requires reliability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, with benefits including health, dental, vision, a 401(k), and paid time off. Propane operations follow safety guidelines and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Process payments including cash, checks, EBT, credit and debit cards.
• Maintain register accuracy and assist with closing duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer questions.
• Ring up sales and process payments.
• Monitor merchandise at the register line and promote accuracy.
• Close the store at the end of the night.
• Assist with transferring merchandise and packaging orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of the register area.
• Retrieve carts and stock as needed.
• FIlLs propane tanks and ensure safety procedures are followed.
