This role offers starting pay at $16.94 per hour with tips, flexible scheduling, free coffee and donuts, employee meals, growth opportunities, and paid time off for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).

Responsibilities

• Greets and serves guests while providing excellent customer service
• Anticipates and understands guest needs and strives to exceed expectations
• Operates coffee, sandwich, and other equipment
• POS transactions include entering orders and collecting payment with accuracy
• Maintains clean workstations and guest areas
• Follows direction, works well and interacts with others respectfully
