POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for ensuring selected loans required by the bank maintain sufficient insurance coverage on collateral. Prepares closing loan documents, by determining proper documentation and due diligence requirements.Ensures bank policies and procedures, and regulations are adhered to for proper documentation and perfection of the bank's lien prior to funding.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
High School Diploma/GED required.
