ShelfGenie, in partnership with Tranquil Haus Living, is seeking a Closet & Custom Storage Designer in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. You will guide homeowners from consultation through design and pricing, creating personalized storage solutions and building strong client relationships.

This field-based role offers company-provided leads, paid training, and flexible scheduling with uncapped earning potential through commission-based earnings on net sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in closet design, cabinetry, kitchen and bath design, interior design, space planning, remodeling, furniture/home furnishings, or in-home sales is valuable
• Direct closet-industry experience not required but appreciated
• Character, communication, design aptitude and client presence are important

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home design consultations and gather client needs
• Accurately measure and evaluate spaces and create custom designs
• Present designs and pricing confidently to clients
• Maintain accurate project documentation and CRM records
• Coordinate with operations and installation teams throughout projects
