Job summary

Closet America, a Renuity Company, is seeking an Installer to bring beauty and organization to customers' homes with precision-built closet systems. Training will progress you from Helper to full Installer, growing quickly through hands-on and classroom instruction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Woodworking or finish carpentry experience preferred.
• Ability to read design drawings and identify parts.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Excellent attention to detail; install to the millimeter.
• Well-organized, professional appearance and conduct.
• Expected to work at least 2 weekends per month.
• Coachable with openness to feedback and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Start each day with a pre-check of your van and materials
• Install custom organization systems in customer homes
• Follow Closet America's proven processes and quality standards
• Work safely and neatly, protecting customers' homes
• Communicate with the team and customers throughout the day
• Clean up and review the finished product with the homeowner
• Complete final paperwork and collect payment as needed
