Up Closets of Richmond is seeking a dependable Installation Helper to join our growing team. This entry-level role offers hands‑on training and the potential to advance into a Lead Installer position through practical experience.

You will support Lead Installers, transport materials to job sites, and help ensure clean, safe work areas while learning measuring, leveling, and basic cabinetry installation in homes.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Installers with the installation of custom closet and storage systems
• Load, unload, and transport materials and tools to job sites
• Help maintain clean and organized work areas
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Assist with measuring, leveling, assembling, and installing closet components
• Help ensure projects are completed on schedule and to company quality standards
• Communicate professionally with team members and customers
