Up Closets of Memphis is seeking a motivated entry-level Closet Installer who enjoys hands-on work and quality craftsmanship. Training and career growth are provided in a growing company.

You'll install custom closet systems, learn finish carpentry, and develop problem-solving and customer service skills as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support installation planning, preparation, setup and execution of closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service.
