Up Closets of Memphis is seeking a motivated entry-level Closet Installer who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in quality craftsmanship. Whether you have experience in construction, carpentry, cabinetry, or are eager to learn a skilled trade, we’ll provide the training and support needed to help you succeed.

You’ll install custom closet systems with the team, gain skills in finish carpentry, problem solving, and customer service while contributing to projects in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational or technical training in carpentry or related field preferred.
• Experience with custom carpentry and finish trim carpentry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support all operations related to planning, preparation, setup and execution of installation closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service
