Job summary

Up Closets is seeking a hands-on installer to help with in-home closet systems and storage solutions. You will read designs, handle materials, operate tools, and maintain a clean, efficient job site, working to match the Lead's standard of quality.

You will be reading blueprints, using a variety of carpentry tools, and coordinating with the team to deliver finished spaces that delight clients. The role rewards reliability, attention to detail, and strong communication on install days.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints and schematics to install closet systems.
• Familiar with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

You'll assist with in‑home installations of custom closet and home storage systems, reading designs, handling materials, operating tools, and keeping the job site clean, organized, and moving efficiently.
