Job summary

Closet America, part of the Renuity family, is hiring a Closet Installation Helper in the United States. You’ll participate in intensive training and assist in creating organized, beautiful spaces for customers, with potential to advance to Installer level.

Role requires a valid driver's license, ability to read design drawings, and strong attention to detail. We offer competitive pay, insurance, PTO, holidays, and a 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and interpret design drawings and map parts to assemblies.
• Understand hardware types and finalize surface detailing.
• Professional appearance and adherence to company standards.
• Good communication with customers and coworkers.
• Organized approach to tasks.
• Available to work at least 2 weekends per month.
• Work accurately to CA quality levels.

Responsibilities

• Install closets and related spaces to create organization and beauty.
• Follow training to elevate to Installer level as needed.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and company policies during installation.
