Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking an enthusiastic Carpentry/Installer to install custom closets and cabinets in clients' homes. You will follow drawings, use hand and power tools, and assist with mounting shelves under the guidance of the lead carpenter.

This position offers Monday–Friday work, no weekends, paid training, and a path to advancement. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic.
• Reliable, punctual with good work ethic.
• Possess and maintain current driver’s license.
• Good driving record.
• Closet, garage, office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Help install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes.
• Follow basic drawings or instructions to assist with setup.
• Use hand and power tools safely (training provided).
• Measure, cut, and fit materials with guidance from lead carpenter.
• Assist with mounting shelves and leveling parts.
• Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation.
