Job summary

Pregis is hiring a Manager, Closed Loop Recycling to lead the strategy, development, and execution of its circular economy and recycling programs. This role reports to the Chief Sustainability Officer and partners across operations, engineering, and procurement to accelerate recycled-content utilization and deliver measurable environmental and business value.

The successful candidate will design scalable programs for PCR, PIR materials, and end-to-end recycling, while driving cost savings,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in packaging, plastics, recycling, sustainability, or operations.
• Proven leadership of enterprise-wide sustainability and circular economy programs.
• Strong knowledge of packaging, polymers, recycling systems, and manufacturing.
• Experience building business cases and influencing senior leaders.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of closed-loop recycling and recycled-content initiatives.
• Develop roadmaps and KPIs aligning with sustainability and business goals.
• Scale recycling programs across business units and facilities.
• Build partnerships with customers, recyclers, suppliers and industry groups.
• Collaborate with product development, engineering and supply chain to advance circularity.
