Job summary

Quality RX, Carmel, Indiana, is seeking a licensed pharmacy technician to join our team on a PRN basis. You will support pharmacists, process prescriptions, and help manage inventory and workflow in a secure, compliant environment.

Key responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, packaging and dispensing under supervision, removing outdated drugs, and participating in in-service education while maintaining professionalism and safety.

Qualifications

• Indiana licensed pharmacy technician.
• Closed door pharmacy experience required.
• Ability to manage inventory and workflow.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions for accuracy, appropriate therapy, and interactions.
• Assist pharmacist by processing, packaging, and dispensing prescriptions.
• Remove outdated and damaged drugs from inventory.
• Closely manage inventory in a cost-effective manner.
• Present/participate in in-service education sessions.
• Maintain professional attitude and comply with all policies.
