Job summary

Dew Software is seeking an analytical CLM Systems Analyst to support coordination, maintenance, and improvement of the Contract Lifecycle Management software within the Legal Operations team. The role involves day-to-day system upkeep, ad-hoc reporting, and partnering with Lawyers and Legal Staff to develop cycle-time reports, data analyses, and PowerBI dashboards using the Microsoft tech stack.

Experience with Icertis or similar CLM, along with strong communication and project-management

Qualifications

• Experience at law firms or corporate legal departments is a plus.
• Icertis experience and configuration/development preferred.
• Microsoft C# or other tech stack development experience is a plus.
• PM experience in Agile or traditional waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day CLM system operations and ad-hoc reporting.
• Collaborate with Lawyers and Legal Staff to leverage data for contract analyses and reporting.
• Develop reports (cycle time) and dashboards using PowerBI and the Microsoft tech stack.
• Support system upkeep and analytics creation across CLM processes.
