Responsibilities

• Lead activities to create the project plan, run the PMO and gather client requirements.
• Assess the impact of these requirements on the wider transformation.
• Improve techniques for delivering transformations and share knowledge with teams.
• Manage requirement to development activity and ensure changes are captured in technical specs.
• Monitor changes in Contract Management industry and identify continuous improvement opportunities
