Trustcare seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide general and preventive care for adults in a clinic setting. You will diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions with empathy, and order tests to support accurate diagnoses.

Your RoleThe Nurse Practitioner position requires collaboration with physicians and other members of our medical team to ensure high-quality healthcare for adults. This role includes providing preventative care, treating acute conditions, and supporting the unique needs of the community through occupational medicine and wellness services.What You’ll DoProvide general and preventative care to help patients stay proactive about their health.Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions with empathy and precision.Perform wellness exams, giving patients the guidance they need to live healthier lives.Order and interpret lab and imaging tests to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses.Prescribe medications and make sure patients have clear instructions for their treatment plans.Conduct sports physicals and occupational medicine testing, including DOT and non-DOT physicals.Care for workers' compensation patients, focusing on their recovery and wellness.Design personalized treatment plans based on thorough patient evaluations.Collaborate with your team to review clinical practices and explore ways to improve patient care.Provide education and resources to empower patients and their families to manage their health confidently.Support a team-first environment by helping wherever needed to enhance the clinic's operations.Position Details & Work EnvironmentType of Role: Full-time, Non-ExemptSchedule: 3-2 Split Rotation requiring working every other weekendWork Environment: Warm, friendly, and patient-focused clinic setting.Frequently lift/move objects weighing 10-20 pounds.Requires active participation beyond desk work.Other DutiesThis job description is intended to highlight the core responsibilities of the role, but we’re a team—and sometimes that means stepping outside the usual to pitch in where needed.
