We have an incredible opportunity for a ClinSpark System Project Manager to join ICON’s Early Phase Clinical Data Science team. The ClinSpark System Project Manager will focus on the development of the ClinSpark system and related processes both independently and as part of a team.

  • Canada
  • Netherlands

What you will be doing:

  • Develops and manages operational Clinspark related initiatives to realize operational and strategic plans
  • Collaborates with the ClinSpark system owner to ensure compliance and proper procedures
  • Support and/or Leads continuous improvement and change initiatives
  • May act as a SME and assist with ClinSpark training of other staff
  • Supports staff and management as required in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Provides input on client facing material
  • Travel (approximately 10%) domestic and/or international

Your profile:

  • 8+ years of clinical data management experience in a Site, CRO or pharmaceutical setting
  • Extensive design and build and/or other data management process experience with ClinSpark
  • Strong leadership skills including change management, strategic thinking, and influencing
  • Project management skills required; budget management experience preferred
  • Client interaction experience with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
