Ulta Beauty, a leading beauty retailer, is seeking a Specialty Beauty Advisor – Clinique (SBA – Clinique) to maximize Clinique brand sales through guest engagement, product knowledge, and service excellence. The role emphasizes event support, clienteling, and maintaining store standards while supporting the Experience Manager.

The SBA – Clinique will deliver personalized service, perform makeup applications and skincare analysis, and help grow Clinique brand presence across the store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by state law.
• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Clinique brand sales and clientele goals and contribute to meeting store goals.
• Greet and engage every guest, personalize service, offer samples, and recommend products.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive Clinique brand sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with a growing Clinique customer base and follow up on inquiries.
