Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted clinical license in Massachusetts (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LPC, or LMFT) or license-eligible status.
• 1–2 years of experience providing individual and group therapy in a structured treatment setting.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities and trauma-informed care.
• Excellent clinical documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy within a structured clinical treatment setting.
• Apply evidence-based treatment modalities and trauma-informed care approaches throughout client work.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the broader multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and treatment team members to support positive outcomes.
