Job summary

Aspiranet in Turlock, CA is seeking a clinician for a temporary on-site role within Behavioral Health. You will perform clinical assessments, crisis intervention, and individual/family/group therapy for youth, developing safety and service plans.

This exempt, full-time position offers a $75,000–$76,800 annual salary, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and collaboration with county and healthcare partners to deliver trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling Psychology.
• Current registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC).
• Minimum 2 years of experience working directly with children or youth in a behavioral health, crisis, or residential setting preferred.
• Meets all state-required employment conditions, including DOJ fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance.
• TB/Health physical
• Valid CA Driver's License, acceptable driving record, and proof of insurance

Responsibilities

• Complete clients screenings and assessments.
• Provide in-home or in-office individual, family, or group therapy.
• Coordinate with team to provide assessments, treatment planning, or evaluation for assigned clients.
• Develop individualized safety and service plans tailored to each youth's needs.
• Train and guide staff on plan implementation and behavior support strategies.
• Complete all assessments, plans, and documentation according to Medi-Cal, county, and agency standards.
• Follow all incident reporting procedures promptly and accurately.
• Participate in individual and group supervision, as well as team meetings.
• Provide on-call emergency services on rotation

Pay Range: $75,000- $76,800 per year

Bonus: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus(Paid 50% at 1 month and 50% at 6 months)

The salary range for this position is $75,000- $76,800 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA. Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
