Responsibilities

Supervises activities of Enhanced Outpatient Team and Early Intervention Support Services Team. Provides assessment, consultation and counseling to persons with co-occurring mental illness and substance abuse disorders. Networks with community resources and provides linkage and referral. Understands and utilizes elements of evidenced-based practices in mental health treatment. Educates staff regarding integrated treatment approach. Provides care to adult consumers.



Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

3 years previous counseling or related experience working with persons with co-occurring disorders. Credentialed as a Licensed Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (LCADC). Previous supervisory experience.
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or if MSW, must be either a Licensed Social worker (LSW) or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). LCSW preferred. Proof of educational instruction needed.
  • Supervisory Certificate per Licensing Standards
  • Valid Driver's License legally required.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $45,760.00 to $80,080.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
