Job summary

The Edinburg Center in Bedford, MA is seeking a Children’s Mental Health Clinician to join our Support & Stabilization Services team. This community-based role focuses on strengthening families and helping youth succeed at home and in the community.

You will provide intensive clinical support using evidence-based approaches and collaborate with DCF, schools, and other providers. A Master’s degree and MA driver’s license are required; bilingual candidates are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and licensure eligibility in Massachusetts.
• Experience with youth with emotional or behavioral health needs and their families.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy in home and community settings.
• Complete clinical assessments and individualized treatment plans.
• Assess and manage risk and develop safety plans.
• Provide caregiver coaching, education, and skill building.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, MI, CPS, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
• Coordinate care with DCF, schools, providers, and community supports.
• Facilitate treatment planning and review meetings.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and provide updates to DCF.
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, training, and rotating on-call crisis support.

The Edinburg Center is seeking a Children’s Mental Health Clinician to join our Support & Stabilization Services team.

In this community-based role, you’ll work alongside Outreach Workers and, at times, a BCBA to support youth and families involved with the Department of Children and Families (DCF). You’ll provide intensive clinical support focused on strengthening families, building skills, and helping youth remain successful in their homes and communities.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and family therapy in home and community settings

• Utilize evidence based approaches such as CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Collaborative Problem Solving, and Solution-Focused Therapy
• Coordinate care with DCF, schools, providers, and other community supports
• Facilitate treatment planning and review meetings
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and provide regular updates to DCF
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, training, and rotating on-call crisis support

What You’ll Bring
