Job summary

Northeast Health Services, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks Supervising Clinicians to supervise unlicensed clinicians and provide outpatient mental health therapy across in-person and telehealth settings. You will lead supervision, review treatment plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a clinical caseload.

The role emphasizes ethics, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with Clinic Directors to promote clinical excellence and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• Valid independent clinical license in the state(s) where services are provided.
• Experience meeting Licensure Board requirements for supervision expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision weekly to unlicensed clinicians.
• Deliver individual and group supervision ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Review supervisee documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain supervision notes and agreements in EHR with timely submissions.
• Maintain caseload and deliver psychotherapy in outpatient settings.
