The BHMG Clinician Scheduling Specialist facilitates patient access by developing, coordinating, and maintaining medical provider schedules and templates for the Medical Group. This role collaborates with providers, managers, and supervisors to ensure policy adherence, manages provider time-off and payroll functions, and supports staffing ratio determinations based on patient demand.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) years of medical office experience with provider scheduling responsibility.

Essential Job Functions

In addition to the essential functions of the job listed below, employees must maintain timely completion of all required education, trainings, and certifications as assigned and in accordance with Bozeman Health policies, department-specific requirements, applicable certification program and registry requirements, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

Schedule Requirements
