Volunteers of America Northern Rockies is seeking a full-time Clinician in Cheyenne, WY, to provide clinical and education-based treatment services within an outpatient clinic and residential treatment facility. This position supports individuals through counseling and education, requiring a Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field and appropriate licensure.
Key duties include conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and delivering both in-person and telehealth sessions. Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Reports to: Clinical Program Director
The Clinician provides clinical and education‑based treatment services throughout an individual's treatment per practice standards, ensuring services are appropriate to client needs and comply with agency standards.
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the organization.
This job operates in a residential treatment facility and outpatient clinic setting and routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, photocopiers, and smartphones.
Required to talk or hear regularly; close vision and ability to adjust focus. Must lift files, open filing cabinets, bend or stoop as necessary, and perform work at a computer for extended periods.
Full‑time position with weekend and on‑call rotational work. Flexible work settings, including off‑site or mobile office utilization.
Little travel is required for this position.
