An exciting opportunity to join the Outpatient Spoke team. In this position, you will provide integrated, person-centered treatment to adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health needs. You will provide a combination of individual and group therapy, supporting clients at various stages of recovery and with a range of clinical and case management needs. The right candidate is trauma-informed, flexible, and comfortable working with clients who may experience complex and persistent challenges. This position requires a collaborative approach and the ability to engage clients using motivational interviewing, harm reduction, and recovery-oriented practices.

Vermont regulation mandates that individuals who are on the Roster of Nonlicensed Noncertified Psychotherapists, through the Office of Professional Regulation, must be actively working towards professional licensure. This rule does not apply to First Call for Chittenden County.
