The Clinician II will conduct clinical assessments and provide counseling/psychotherapy to individuals with behavioral health/addiction needs. Responsibilities include providing direct patient services, developing treatment plans, maintaining documentation, participating in program development, and pursuing professional growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Mental Health (e.g., MSW, MFT, MA, MS)
• At least two years of clinical experience in behavioral health
• Licensed in Connecticut (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC)

Additional Requirements: Ability to perform assessments and psychotherapy in various modalities, strong communication skills, and physical ability to perform job duties in a healthcare setting.
