**FREE Clinical supervision provided

Location: Clinicians will choose from the following counties to provide in person services: Morris, Sussex, Passaic, Essex, Union, Warren, Somerset, Hunterdon, Bergen or Hudson.

Job Status: Fee for Service

Salary Range: $64-$85/hour

Responsibilities for In-Community Clinicians:

  • Provide short term counseling to youth and families between the ages of 0-21 in home or in community
  • Monitor case progress towards goal achievement.
  • Practice sound clinical and case management judgement.
  • Complete case paperwork as per agency's expectations.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork in electronic health record (EHR) in a thorough, timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain ethical and legal compliance.
  • Must participate in supervision based on professional and agency requirements.
  • Must document time and attendance in payroll system accurately and within timeframes specified.
  • Must report and document all critical incidents directly to Program Director upon occurrence.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related discipline i.e. psychology, social work, or related field.
  • Most hold a valid/current professional license in NJ i.e. LSW/LCSW/LAC/LPC.
  • Strong working knowledge of computers.
  • 2 years of experience in social services.
  • Experience with an Electronic Health Record system helpful.
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently and effectively.
  • Must be flexible with change, possess excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task.
  • Must be energetic, creative, and able to work as part of a community resource team, and be culturally competent and responsive.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
  • Must fulfill all required trainings as defined by program specifications
