Job summary

NFI Massachusetts Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Clinician for the Substance Use Services Programs in Haverhill, MA. The role supports the Massachusetts Impaired Driver and the Second Offender Aftercare Treatment Program (MID/SOA) with a person-centered approach.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a clinical field is required.
  • Experience with substance use disorders preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to pursue community resources independently.
  • Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting Substance Use assessments including MAST and DAST.
  • Conducting Clinical Intakes to include DSM 5 Diagnosis.
  • Facilitate Individual therapy, group therapy and case management with clients referred by court.
  • Completing all required clinical documentation.
  • Communication to Probation and other collaterals regarding program start.
  • Collaborating with the Program Director on treatment recommendations, clinical curriculum and program development.
  • Demonstrate comfortability in providing a judgement free environment.

Salary
