Meridian Healthcare in Palatka, FL is seeking a Clinician to provide evidence-based behavioral health services to individuals receiving Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). You will assess, counsel, create treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and well-being.

In this role, you’ll conduct assessments, deliver individual, group, and family counseling, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation to ensure high-quality care for clients

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field.
• Licensed or license-eligible (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist) preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health, substance use, or MAT settings.

About The Role
