Clinician LAC, LPC, LCSW - Family Service Center (22183)

Fee for Service - 2 positions

Salary: $35-45 per hour

The Outpatient Clinician will provide therapy to individuals, families, and couples. We seek licensed NJ clinicians (LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT) who are self-motivated and capable of building rapport quickly. The position offers flexible scheduling, including in-office, telehealth, or hybrid sessions, and is ideal for professional growth and licensure hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional license and fulfill continuing education requirements.
• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, document progress, and provide recommendations for psychiatric evaluations.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college.
• Licenses: LAC, LSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Trauma-informed approach.
• Knowledge of CBT and MI.
