Compensation
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected starting salary is $59,291.62 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other factors.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday, with occasional evening hours to meet client needs. Schedules are developed collaboratively to support self-care.
Office Location
- Denver - Remote - Community Based
Responsibilities
- Share knowledge and collaborate with a team of eager, independent clinicians.
- Provide clinical services including individual, family, multi-family, and group therapy for youth with trauma, mental health, and behavioral needs. Caseload typically 7-9 youth.
- Deliver services mainly in community settings, occasionally in-office or in-home.
- Develop and implement behavior management techniques, and collaborate with staff to foster a trauma-informed environment.
- Complete clinical documentation promptly, including assessments, treatment plans, reports, and notes.
- Manage casework involving families and multidisciplinary teams, gaining experience with various systems.
- Participate in a Clinical On Call rotation, primarily virtual support, 2-3 times quarterly.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field from a CACREP-accredited school or equivalent.
- Eligibility for provisional license through DORA or full licensure.
- Skills in assessment, diagnosis, case conceptualization, and treatment planning.
- Willingness to work with a team and in high-acuity environments.
- Valid Colorado driver’s license or ability to obtain one with a clean record.
- Pass FBI fingerprint and child abuse background checks.
