Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s degree that is license eligible with LMHC or LCSW/LICSW licensure and scope to provide behavioral health interventions to youth and families.
• Must obtain licensure within 6 months of eligibility date.
• One year experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Crisis intervention training preferred.
• Basic knowledge of diagnostic and treatment procedures.
• Ability to work on-call rotation.
• Strong knowledge of computers and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to state and federal regulations and agency policies.
• Completes comprehensive and age-appropriate behavioral health assessments and treatment plans.
• Delivers intensive family therapy on outreach basis as part of FIT team.
• Assesses safety needs, develops safety plans, and monitors safety.
• Monitors progress toward treatment plan goals.
• Provides coaching and decision-making support to youth and family.
• Coordinates with collaterals and maintains family contact 3–5 times per week.
• Delivers services in home, community, schools, day care, foster homes, and other settings.
• Completes required documentation per policy and specifications.

** Essential Job Functions**

• Adheres to all applicable state and federal regulations; ensures compliance with the organization's policies and procedures, code of conduct, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Completes a comprehensive and age-appropriate behavioral health assessment and treatment plan
• Delivers intensive family therapy on an outreach basis as part of the FIT team.
• Assesses safety needs, develops safety plans and monitors safety on an ongoing basis.
• Monitors progress on attainment of treatment plan goals and objectives.
• Provides coaching and support in decision making to the youth/family.
• Coordinates and communicates with all collaterals.
• Maintains contact with the family 3-5 times per week.
• Offers and delivers services in the home, community, schools, day care, foster homes, and other community settings.
• Completes all required documentation in accordance with agency policy and performance specifications.

** Qualifications, Experience and Education**
