Clarvida seeks a full-time Clinician to provide in-home and community-based support for children and youth with behavioral and psychological health needs in Maine. You will deliver counseling, supervision, and parent skill training, working closely with the treatment team and leading each client’s treatment plan.

This role offers independence, opportunities to supervise, and licensure support. A Maine license or active pursuit is required to join our collaborative, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling (required)
• Active Maine licensure or pursuing licensure (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT/LMSW-cc/LCPCc/LMFTc) is required or in process

Responsabilités

About this role:

As a Clinician, you will providein-home and communitybased essential support to children and youth with behavioral and/orpsychologicalhealth needs, some of whom may be at risk of being removed from their homes. Through counseling, supervision, and parent skill training, you will work closely with client families in collaboration with the treatment team, delivering services in home and community settings. This role allows for a high degree of independence and leadership, as you will serve as the team leader for each client’s treatment team.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: $68,000- $101,500

**Your salary depends on the caseload size of your choice.**

Full Package Details:

• $2,500 stay on bonus paid annually during your first 2 years of employment
• Company vehicle based on eligibility

• Supervision hours provided to support those with conditionallicenses
• Contact hours provided for clinical licensure renewal

Requirements:

• MastersDegree in Social Work or Counseling
• Active or pursuing Maine licensure as LCSW, LCPC, LMFTS, LMSW-cc, LCPCc, or LMFTc
