Job summary

TURN is seeking a Clinician (AMFT MFT LCSW ACSW APCC LPCC) in Escondido, CA. This regular full-time role requires CA licensure or KPI registration and offers a salary hourly range of $35.00 to $36.00.

JOB SUMMARY

Recommend and assist with access to medical, educational, social, vocational, housing, and more to support program goals. Initiate referrals to the next level of care, and coordinate with physical health providers to ensure whole-person care, and advocate in the best interest of clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct services including behavioral health assessments, therapy (couples, individual, and group), case management, care coordination, care plan development, and crisis intervention.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to provide wrap around services.
• Maintain a caseload of clients as assigned by the Lead and Program Manager.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and meet the minimum requirements for billable services.
• Engage in office, telehealth and field-based services, as needed, and when deemed appropriate by the treatment team.
• Maintain confidentiality of client's care.
• Participate in scheduled program meetings.
• Maintain board registration that is required to bill for services provided to clients.
• Participate in weekly supervision meetings as assigned by the Clinical Supervisor.
• Complete regular training, as assigned by the agency, county, or Program Manager.
• Complete monthly chart audits and assisting clients in transferring to lower or higher levels of care.
• Other relevant duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree and CA BBS registration (AMFT, ASW, APCC) or license (MFT, LCSW, LPCC) required. Valid CA driver's license and current auto insurance per contract requirements required.
• Experience providing mental health and/or substance use disorder services preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.
