Job Opportunity: Nurse Clinician - 6 South CT Surgery

Join our team as a Nurse Clinician in the 6 South CT Surgery unit and advance your leadership career in nursing. We offer opportunities to mentor peers, contribute to excellent patient care, and collaborate with a supportive leadership team.

Unit Details

Cardiovascular, Renal Transplant, and Surgical Specialty Acute Care Unit (6 South): A 43-bed Medical/Surgical unit with 11 Step Down beds for higher acuity patients. Provides post-op care for Cardiothoracic, Vascular, Gastric Bypass, kidney transplant, and hepatobiliary surgery patients. Services include telemetry, oxygen monitoring, CPAP, BIPAP, Optiflow, glycemic control, and more.

Sign-On Bonus

$20,000 sign-on bonus available for nurses with over one year of experience (Full Time or Flex Full Time).

Overview

The Nurse Clinician is a leadership role focused on fostering a culture of excellence. Responsibilities include staff evaluations, hiring, performance management, staff education, clinical expertise, and providing direct patient care when needed. Title and salary are commensurate with experience and education.
