Job summary

Innova Recovery seeks a licensed mental health professional in Texas to join our trauma-focused care team. The candidate will provide evidence-based treatment for trauma across individuals, adolescents, couples, and eating disorders, with EMDR and ART training preferred.

Qualifications

• Master degree in mental health-related field.
• Current Texas State License (LPC/LMSW/LCSW/LMFT).
• Must provide own electronic work equipment (e.g., laptop).

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and update client treatment plans.
• See a minimum of 20 clients per week.
• Complete assessment and diagnosis in a timely manner.
• Provide evidence-based treatment for trauma (EMDR/ART and related modalities).
• Ensure timely and accurate clinical intervention and documentation.
• Ensure completion of timesheet entries and EMR notes within 48 hours.
• Consult with Leadership for direction when needed.
• Attend mandatory monthly staff meetings.
• Maintain professional and solution-focused demeanor.
• Maintain licensure and certifications as required by the State of Texas.

Job description

Innova Recovery's mission is to be the leader in the field of trauma recovery. Innova Recovery offers individual and family therapy, Intensive Outpatient Therapy (IOP), Partial HospitalizationProgram, and a women's Residential Treatment Center. We are seeking a therapist certified inE.M.D.R. and A.R.T. therapy. Ideal candidates are trained in trauma-informed A.R.T., E.M.D.R.,and/or other trauma-focused therapy modalities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will create, monitor, and update client treatment plans
• Must be able to see a minimum of 20 clients per week
• Be able to complete assessment and diagnosis in a timely manner
• Provide evidence-based treatment working with trauma, individuals, adolescents, couples,substance addiction, and eating disorders
• Ensures timely and accurate clinical intervention and documentation
• Ensure completion and accurate timesheet entries and Electronic Medical Records notes within48 hours of client encounters
• Consults with Leadership in situations in which additional direction and information areneeded
• Participates in mandatory monthly staff meetings to stay updated on policy changes and announcements
• Maintains professional and solution focused demeanor
• Maintains current licensure and certifications as required by the State of Texas
• Other duties as assigned
