Job summary

The Village Family Service Center is seeking a Clinician to join a team committed to empowering clients and families. The clinician will conduct diagnostic assessments, develop strength-based treatment plans, and provide direct clinical services to diverse client groups while maintaining high-quality case management.

Applicants should have a master's in behavioral health and licensure or beworking toward licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in the behavioral health field required.
• Professional license or pursuing licensure in a relevant field required (LICSW/LMFT/LPCC/LP/LGSW/LAMFT/LPC).
• Ability to complete diagnostic assessments and establish strength-based treatment plans.

What we do:

The Village Family Service Center is seeking a Clinician, who would like to join a strong team that is committed to empowering clients and their families.

As a Clinician you will be required to have a master's degree in the behavioral health field with a professional license (ex: LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP and will also accept LGSW, LAMFT, LPC if working towards independent licensure). The Clinician must be able to complete diagnostic assessments that identify client's needs, risks and strengths, and establish strength-based treatment plans. It is also necessary to have an accepting non-judgmental attitude, strong clinical skills with the ability to provide direct clinical services to children, adults, couples, and families while maintaining excellent case management standards.

Pay Range: Non fully licensed Clinicians starting at $56,000 plus incentive pay and fully licensed Clinicians starting at $61,000 plus incentive pay.
