Job summary

Family Service Association - Fall River is seeking a Clinician/Children's Clinician to provide outpatient therapy to individuals and families, in office, school, community, or telehealth formats. The role is typically 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri 9-5 with some flexibility.

Starting salary is $54,870–$59,466, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus. The position includes on-call triage, supervision, and potential trainings, with PTO and paid holidays.

• Must have a Masters in Social Work, Clinical Psychology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services - individual, group, couples or family in office, school, community or telehealth.
• Attend case conferences and multi-disciplinary meetings; manage caseload and ongoing psychotherapy.
• Refer clients to other resources, agencies, clinics, and hospitals as needed.
• Provide trainings and serve as a clinical consultant when needed.
• Undergo ongoing supervision to meet licensing requirements.
• Provide on-call triage to Behavioral Health Center clients on a rotating basis.
• Submit timesheets biweekly.

*We are offering a $1000 sign onbonus for this position *

We have an excellent opportunity for a Clinician/Childrens Clinician to join our team providing outpatient treatment to individual/families of the Behavioral Health Center in office and/or outreach basis. Ideally we are looking for someone full time (40 hour per week) with a M-F 9-5 schedule, though some flexibility may be possible.The starting salary range for FT is $54,870 - $59,466 based on experience, education, certifications, and foreign language proficiency.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Clinicians will provide therapy services - individual, group, couples or family. Services may be office based, school based, community based or via telehealth as appropriate for the clinical needs of the client.
• Clinicians will attend case conferences and multi-disciplinary meetings. Clinicians will be expected to maintain caseload as assigned to perform assessment, treatment, planning and ongoing psychotherapy.
• Clinicians will make referrals to other resources, agencies, clinics, and hospitals as needed.
• Clinicians may be called upon to provide trainings and to participate in the clinic staff training program, as well as being available as a consultant on clinical work issues.
• Ongoing supervision will be provided to meet requirement of the agency and licensing bodies.
• Clinicians will provide on-call triage to clients of FSA’s Behavioral Health Center on a rotating basis. Each on call shift is weekly, Tuesday to Tuesday from 5pm to 9am weekdays and 24 hours per day on weekends and holidays. Clinicians are reimbursed at a rateweek per on-call rotation week.
• Clinicians will be required to submit a timesheet biweekly.
• Full-time Clinicians receive 3 weeks Paid Time off and 11 Paid Holidays. Paid Time off must be used by June 30th of each fiscal year unless the clinician starts in the final quarter of the fiscal year. Such person will have until October 1st of the next fiscal year to take accrued PTO. Full-time clinicians working 40 hours will be expected to bill 56 billable units per pay period.

• Must have a Masters in Social Work, Clinical Psychology or related field.
• Must be licensed or license eligible.– LCSW/LICSW, LMHC, LMFT.
