Job summary

HCRS (Health Care & Rehabilitation Services of Southeastern Vermont) is seeking an Adult Services Clinician for the 2nd Shift. This role requires a Master's Degree and a Vermont License, along with the skills necessary to conduct clinical assessments and design effective treatment plans for individuals during challenging times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct service experience.

The pay for this position is $68,253.90-$82,585.80 annually, which is inclusive of a shift differential.

Adult Services Clinician - 2nd Shift

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

• Master’s Degree + minimum 2 years of direct service experience
• Current Vermont License (LICSW, LCMHC, LADC, LMFT)
• Ability to conduct clinical assessments and design treatment plans that target clearly identified treatment goals
• Knowledge of mental health, substance use, social work and behavioral issues that impact an individual’s quality of life
• Healthy communication skills that allow for honest discussions, feedback, and exchanges
• Ability to work well with a team and demonstrate flexibility when client, program, and/or agency needs require it
