Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), they implement behavior intervention plans designed to improve the lives of clients with behavioral challenges. This role involves direct, one-on-one interaction with clients, focusing on increasing desired behaviors and reducing problematic behaviors through structured interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation of Behavior Plans: Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA to address specific behavioral goals of clients.
