Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Staff Pharmacist to provide patient-centered pharmaceutical care, counsel on medications, and administer immunizations in our Springfield, OH location. You will work to the top of your license, ensuring safe dispensing and high-quality service to customers.

You’ll contribute to community health through immunization programs, adhere to HIPAA guidelines, and mentor team members while supporting Walmart’s mission of compassionate care and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD or NABP-equivalent.
• Pharmacy license must be active by job entry date.
• Completion of ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to customers and accurately process prescriptions.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and support Walmart programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Model and guide staff on customer service.
