Job summary

The MetroHealth System in Cleveland seeks a healthcare financial analytics professional to support value analysis, supply chain, and clinical operations with data-driven insights to improve cost and outcomes. Required is a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain or related field, plus 2 years in healthcare analytics.

Proficiency with ERP, Epic, Tableau and other reporting tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education training and relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment with exposure to value analysis, supply chain, finance, procurement, clinical operations, or analytics.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• Experience preparing and presenting analytical findings in leadership-ready formats (reports, executive summaries, presentations, dashboards).
• Knowledge of value analysis principles, financial and operational analysis, and product or service evaluation methodologies.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems and analytics tools such as ERP platforms, Epic, Tableau, or similar reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and program coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to synthesize data and develop recommendations based on clinical, operational, and financial evidence.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians, vendors, and support departments such as finance and supply chain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Including pivot tables, formulas, filtering, and data visualization.
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Biweekly Hours: 80.00
Shift: 8am to 5pm

• Experience in cost containment strategies, expense management, utilization management, quality improvement, or process analysis.
• Prior involvement in enterprise or system-wide value analysis, standardization, or evidence-based practice initiatives.

Physical Requirements

May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day. May need to sit or stand for extended periods. See in the normal visual range with or without correction. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required. May need to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion. Ability to use computer.
