Greenwood Village South in Greenwood, IN is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (LPN or RN) to lead a 54-bed split skilled nursing unit. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $85,000-$95,000 annually and weekday schedule with on-call weekends.

You will oversee nursing staff, ensure quality outcomes, collaborate with physicians and families, and have access to ancillary support to focus on leadership and resident care.

Qualifications

  • Current Indiana RN or LPN license.
  • Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and support nursing department staff.
  • Ensure orders are accurately followed and implemented.

Greenwood Village South is a 5-Star senior living community known for exceptional care, strong leadership, and a commitment to helping residents live their best lives. We're seeking an experienced LPN or RN to lead a dedicated nursing team and oversee a 54-bed split skilled nursing unit.

Unlike many Unit Manager roles, you\'ll have access to ancillary support for auditing functions and daily staff communication processes, allowing you to focus on what matters most: leading your team, supporting residents, and driving quality outcomes.


Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.


On-Call Requirement: On-call rotation every fourth weekend. Candidates should also be available to respond to occasional phone calls and clinical concerns outside of regular business hours as needed.

What You'll Do


As a Unit Manager, you will provide leadership and oversight for a 54-bed split skilled nursing unit, ensuring exceptional resident care, strong clinical outcomes, and a positive work environment for your team.


Key Responsibilities
