Qualifications

• Light Work: Frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects up to 10 lbs with max 25 lbs.
• Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
• Experience with acute care settings and workflows a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organization: File all necessary medical documentation in a timely manner.
• Chart Maintenance: Maintain physical charts and records for admission and discharge.
• Acts as Receptionist: Manage telephone calls courteously and efficiently.
• Supports Department: Assist unit leadership in maintaining environmental standards.
• Data Collection: Assist in data collection for unit audits.
